Soft Tissue Therapist Level 5 Diploma Sports Massage and Remedial Therapy

Nic graduated at the top of his class from the renowned North London School of Sports Massage. His treatments include assessments of biomechanics, specialist massage and soft tissue manipulations.

Nic specialises in treatment of:

● Neck and back pain
● Stiff and painful muscles
● Sprains and other soft tissue injuries
● Stress and fatigue

He specialises in treating to:

● Optimise performance
● Promote balance
● Enhance recovery
● Prevent injury

Soft tissue therapy is not just for athletes! While he does work with elite sports people, the majority of Nic’s clients have issues associated with amateur sport, modern living (sitting and screens!) or the march of time. Soft tissue therapy is for anybody wishing to guard against or recover from a soft tissue injury.

Nic is a member of England Athletics and is working towards a running coaching qualification. He has been a member of Woodford Green A.C., VPHTH A.C., Haywards Heath Harriers and Burgess Hill runners. He has run the Brighton Marathon and cycled up Mount Ventoux. He is now working towards competing at HYROX events.

Nic is a member of the Sports Massage Association, is first aid trained and has an enhanced DBS check.

Your first appointment will involve a full medical history and assessment process depending on what has brought you for treatment. You will also be given homecare advice to build on the benefits of treatment in-clinic.
