Food sensitivity testing and treatment

Using Applied Kinesiology (Blood & Laboratory testing also available on request). To the right is a sample test list of the main foods and chemicals. You can bring in any food or environmental substance for testing though, in fact this is preferred because we are then testing your personal selection of foods from the shops and suppliers you use. Grains: Barley, Buckwheat, Corn, Millet, Rice, Spelt, Rye, Wheat

Meat and fish: Beef,Cod, Chicken, Lamb, Plaice, Pork, prawns, salmon, sole, turkey

Fruit and vegetables: Avocado, Apples, Bananas, beans, broad bean, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, courgettes, cucumber, garlic,globe artichoke, grape, grsapefruit, lemons,lettuce, Melon, Mango, oranges, paw paw, pineapple, tomatoes, Onions, Nuts, Lentils, Almonds, Brazil Nut, Coconut, Parsnip,Hazelnut, Peas, Lettuce, Peanuts, Potatoes,Sesame, Soy, Sunflower, Sprouts, Yeast

We recommend you avoid any detected foods for 3 weeks. When reintroducing do so one food only every 3 days  and monitor your symptomatic response, if there is a reaction remove that food altogether for now. Aim to eat as varied a diet as possible and do not repeat the same menu everyday.

Some foods will need to be avoided for 3-4 months, even permanently. Ideally, unless sensitive, eat an apple daily and drink the juice of a lemon in a 300 ml glass of water 15mins or more before breakfast. Also eat salad and fresh vegetables daily. Total fruit, vegetable and salad to be 5-10 portions daily. No one should eat added sugar and most people need to reduce or remove modern wheat products and cow’s dairy products; ancient grains such as spelt or rye are better and goat’s and sheep’s dairy is more digestible if you are otherwise OK with dairy products. All food eaten should be organic.
